The Managing Director Morocco is responsible for leading the Morocco market representing significant growth potential. Position reports to NA Managing Director and is a member of the NA Leadership Team.
The Managing Director is responsible for developing the Morocco strategy and the 5-year plan. This role will have direct commercial responsibility through managing the country sales force in both private and public segments and will have P&L, forecasting, and execution responsibilities.
Additionally this role is responsible for identifying, planning and executing on various functions related to distributors’ relationships, business development, and other strategic enablers in order to drive business forward. The MD will have responsibility with partnering with various internal stakeholders (RMLs, Finance, Commercial Operations, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Compliance, and HR) in order to commonly plan and execute strategic initiatives.
Managing Director builds talent & teams, effectively acquired and developed future leaders and high performance teams, with demonstrated ability to retain key talents, to energize and to inspire others to higher levels of effort and performance.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics in developing countries in relation to the functions above. It requires thorough strategic thinking to assess and develop plans related to various opportunities that are in-line with the overall strategies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Education
• University degree from accredited university, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Engineering, Economics, BA or Finance.
• An advanced degree in graduate studies (MA, MBA, or Medical Doctor) is a plus.
Experience
• A minimum of 10 years work experience in the pharmaceutical industry including several years in marketing/sales.
• Experience as MD in a smaller market is a plus.
• Previous BUD Role as a must.
• Held leadership roles in and/or managed multiple functions
• Managed a P&L for a business or function.
