        We are looking for STORE MANAGER in our  MOROCCO STORES with the following qualifications:

·         University degree in Business admin, economics, engineering or any related field

·         Min. 3 years work experience as both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in retail sector, mainly focused on textile branch,

·         Fluent in English

·         Strong ability in MS Office programs &reporting

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills,

·         Strong drive with ability to self organise,

·         Innovative type of personality having a customer focused approach

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Store manager is accountable for sales performance focusing on growth and profitability

·         Manages customer relations and ensures an excellent level of customer service

·         Manages the store team in terms of; recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining

·         Implements all visual merchandising standards

·         Executes and complies with all comany policies and procedures

·         Adopts to changes required by the business

·         Shows proffessionalism and demonstrates company values at all times
