- Short and long-term diary planning and management
- Liaison, interface & communication with all key customers externally & key relationships internally, both within Global Sales and the broader Bombardier Organisation, including Core and Group Functions
- Full end to end management related to travel requirements
- Creation of reports, presentations, research papers & minutes of meetings
- Event management & attendee organisation

Your Qualifications
- Rigorous, independent and able to react effectively to issues arising
- Highly organised, with strong personal initiative to manage complex & frequent agenda conflicts
- Excellent communication skills, (both spoken and written)
- Strong diplomacy and discretion skills, with an ability to ensure confidentiality at all times
- Fluent in English, possibly French
