FUNCTIONS:
- Interface with Design engineering and Program management teams :
– Support quotation and X-functional meetings,
– Support build issues meetings.
- Own all operation Product design portion of a particular wiring family or families :
– Responsible for accuracy of data, and drawings preparation.
– Responsible for BOMs, UCS, … preparation.
– Responsible for engineering change control.
- Design within program timing deliverable.
- Address design or manufacturing problems using engineering tools :
– DFM, DFMEA,
– Participate in design reviews.
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure designs are feasible.
- Support Program Management, Sales, and Quality.
Experience / Education Requirements :
- High engineering school degree,
- Fluent English,
- Auctocad/ Catia,
- Excel, Word and Powerpoint,
- First experience in Automotive is a plus.
