We’re seeking a Product Delivery Manager, based in our Casablanca office. This position is for a Product Delivery Manager within WU digital regional team, covering Northern, West and Central Africa . You will report to the Senior Product Delivery Manager for Middle East and Africa. You will have the responsibility for mobile/web/omni-channel products definitions and launches in alignment with our product strategy and roadmap. You and your team will have to understand customers’ needs, translate them into requirements and work with internal stakeholders to implement and deliver the best user experience. The ideal Product Delivery Manager is customer oriented, data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and delivery. He will be experienced in digital products, in both upstream product and service definition and downstream product development and execution

- Work cross-functionally with Business, WU Agent, Digital Product team, Project management, Compliance, Content, Marketing and other WU key stakeholders to align on the digital product requirements and roadmaps
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to have the digital product implemented as per the Business requirements and as per the roadmap timelines
- Perform regular reporting on the digital products implementations and new enhancements progress
- Define key performance indicators and partner with analytics team to measure success
- Implement and maintain a digital products performance dashboard based on data analytics (customers, transactions, etc.)
- Manage successfully an Assistant Product Manager and a Product Analyst
- Champion the goals and vision of the product/project, which inspires team members to do great work despite setbacks and obstacles
- Monitor regional industry and consumers trends to inform product strategy
What You Will Need To Succeed
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of total experience; 4+ years as product/ product delivery owner/ Project Manager or similar position preferably in digital products industry
- Demonstrates understanding of customer and agents needs and priorities and uses the insight to create effective specifications and plans for the features/products
- Expert at interpreting multiple sources of data to develop an appreciation for customer needs
- Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Previously worked on front end (web or app) product features in a startup environment or focused department within a large company
- Experience working in agile environment Get things done attitude; Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

- Experience working on digital products in the money transfer industry desirable
- Experience in web and mobile analytics or Marketing a strong plus
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is an advantage
