The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for administering a state-of-the-art Magento 2 E-commerce platform and managing the day-to-day E-commerce operations including: category/product configuration, website content updates, and feature/functionality setup and end-to-end testing. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for monitoring online transactions and enhancing the online customer experience. In addition, the E-commerce Specialist will be working closely with the corporate call center to provide them with the required support needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Magento admin settings
- Liaise with development team for extensions, upgrades and customizations.
- Payment gateway settings administration
- Monitor and support everyday e-commerce transactions
- Working with Web developer to maintain and improve its functionality and performance to be up to date to consumer’s behavior.
- Ensuring relevant and engaging website content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in E Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of Experience in E-commerce and/or digital marketing
- Knowledge of E-commerce technology and sophisticated analytic
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date on social media trend and digital marketing practices
- Magento certification and experience with cybersource payment gateway is a plus
- Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks

- Multilingual : English, French and Arabic
