Adisseo is building a Ruminant product sales team in Europe, CIS and Middle-East & Africa.
For Africa we are looking for a Ruminant Technical Sales Manager located in Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia to cover the North-Africa area (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Egypt):
Mission:
· Identify opportunities, expand sales of Adisseo’s ruminant products and achieve sales objectives in the territory
· Establish and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the ruminant field, in particular the main ruminant feed companies in the territory
· Develop strategies to promote amino acid balancing and develop solutions with customer and nutritionist with the support of the technical advisor in the territory
Key responsibilities:
· Expand the sales of Adisseo’s ruminant portfolio through promotion of amino acid formulation or other sales strategies
· Create, implement and maintain a territory business plan while achieving sales targets
· Develop and service a sales network which includes attending conferences and networking activities to maintain Adisseo’s image as industry leader in amino acid nutrition
· Monitor market information and competitive market intelligence
· Prepare accurate and timely reports that keep team members informed of activities and challenges within the territory. Actively utilize CRM software
Main Skills
Qualifications :
· Bachelors’ Degree in animal or dairy Science, ruminant nutrition or related subject as a minimum
· 5 years of experience in the livestock feed industry, selling technical products or processes
· Thorough knowledge of the dairy nutrition business in the designated area and practical experience of dairy production systems
· Good knowledge of Amino Acid Balancing and one formulation software for ruminants
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Team player as well as self-starter
· Used to work in a matrix and multicultural organization
· Advanced computer skills
· Proficiency in local language and English
