- Source potential candidates through different channels (social & professional networks);
- Evaluate candidates’ performance and build long-term relationships with candidates
- Take care of internship programs
- Contribute to the Employer Branding Agenda in FSA
- Play a critical role in ensuring promotion of the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talent
- In charge of University Relations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field;
- 2- 3 years of recruiting experience;
- Proven ability to source candidates, including the use of internet job boards, college campus recruiting and industry organizations
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting processes and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Be a strategic thinker and self-starter
- Fluent English (oral & written);
- Excellent time management skills, multitasking;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
