Main Mission
Carry out the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities of THE CLIENT, purview of the maintenance center that is assigned.
Academic traning:
- Pay attention to the receipt and resolution of incidents arising well detected by the client’s own well detected by personnel assigned to maintenance.
- Supervise technical operations both preventive and corrective maintenance associated with systems maintenance purposes.
Functions

- Communicate to your team leader material requirements necessary for the performance of maintenance.
- Apply during the performance of maintenance, any regulations and procedures that have been specified for fulfillment.
- Carry out the execution of planned maintenance work, meeting quality standards and timeliness for implementation.
- Propose to your Team Leader all those improvements deemed appropriate in carrying out the maintenance.
- Carry out the replacement and send the defective items identified in maintenance.
- Make repairs to be conducted in situ affecting their workplace.
- Perform receipt of equipment, facilities and materials referred to their maintenance center for carrying out the work.
- Carry out under the supervision of the Head of Centre, physical inventory control to verify the materials stored in the maintenance center to which you are assigned.
- Conduct, updating of technical documentation, under the supervision of your Team Leader.
Experience
- Computer engineer or engineer of telecommunications, with more than 3 years of computer experience in implementation or maintenance of systems, working in data processing centers, as systems maintainer.
- At least 3 years of IT maintenance experience:
- Experience administering UNIX systems, preferably HP-UX
- Experience administering Windows Servers
- Experience administering RHEL systems
- Experience in Cluster solutions maintenance, preferably Service Guard and Veritas Cluster
- Desirable experience in Oracle or Database software
- Desirable experience in Basic LAN networking
- Desirable experience in Storage
- Desirable experience in Backup
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service Environment is a plus
- Experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support is a plus
- Previous experience in Railways environment is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
