Our Client is searching for a highly talented, ambitious, committed and experienced Sales Lead with a proven track record of strategically and operationally partnering with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities:
· Strategically and tactically managing key joint business planning priorities with distributors to deliver on NR and OI targets.
· Developing positive business relationships with Distributor Owners, Managers, Store Associates, Education Personnel and Key Accounts.
· Planning & executing sell through activities in conjunction with distributors.
· Delivering assigned sales and distribution targets focused on maximized sell in and sell through across the market.
· Accurately reporting and forecasting the business which would include monthly flow, promotions, initiatives, collections and customer centric programs.
· Converting key prospective accounts into Customers.
· Developing Sales & Product Knowledge capability on the Client’s brand within distributors.
· Developing and owning Distributor and Customer relationship.
· Establishing and coordinating all sales, education, and account centric marketing components, and inventory.
· Reviewing monthly sales and inventory data, seeking out opportunities to create sell through/area specific programs
· Strategically and tactically managing key joint business planning priorities with distributors to deliver on NR and OI targets.
Skills:
Essential:
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.
- Experience in analysing data for a multistore chain.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources, interpret the data and turn into actionable conclusions.
- Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to travel a must (minimum 50% or more)
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of business experience in Sales, Category Management or New business Development in North Africa
- Bilingual Arabic
- Bilingual French
- Supply Chain analysis and forecasting unit/revenue volume experience
