About This Job
As HR Generalist, this position manages the HR Department related agenda at the assigned internal clients and business units across Maghreb Markets (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia). The successful person will lead HR Activities, manage HR related internal and external communications, Build and manage Talent pipelines for all functions. Vitally important to this role is in the identifying, development and management of the company’s high potential talent.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a single point of contact for all the employees and managers in the business unit
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes.
- Master Manage different HR processes: Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR letters, HR Digitalization, HR Newsletters etc…
- Induction: Be responsible for induction for new collaborators
- Admin: Manage and update Workday employee data, all contracts and letters, review and update internal HR procedures in line with the global guidelines.
- Talent Management: Set up and follow the talent management process (annual review follow-up, HRIS update on Successfactors, trainings on myLearning and new processes….); HR reporting and HR analysis as KEY KPI.
- Recruitment: Post and manage new requisitions openings on our SuccessFactors and SAP, and when needed on LinkedIn and other job boards. Preselection by phone, interviews, coordination with managers. In charge of the relation with NRC.
- HR strategy: participate to HR Lead strategy to develop agile / collaborative model, ensure the global HR processes are executed flawlessly
- Compensation & Benefits: payroll, management of annual leaves and absences, coordination for annual bonuses & Merit, Insurance and Social Security, monitor the headcount budget and prepare monthly reports
- Follow the legal regulations and requirements regarding HR processes, keep organization abreast
- Closely works with the TA/NRC team to recruit personally the key talents for the internal client
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people talents
- Implement learning & development programs to support the business needs and employees’ development needs
- Organize company’s learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future organization and associate needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- You are fluent in English
- You possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources positions
- You are a team Player & Hands-on
- You have Project Management and Change Management Skills results-oriented
- You have Strong Time Management Skills, Attention to Details.
- You are an Analytical Thinker and strong Problem Solving Skills
- Labor Law Knowledge Skill
